Cut the potatoes into french fry shapes of uniform size. Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket, being sure to leave space on all sides of each fry so that they crisp evenly.
Coat lightly with avocado oil spray and sprinkle with ½ tsp of sea salt.
Air fry at 400° F for 10-11 minutes, until golden brown and crisped to your liking.
While the french fries air fry, prepare the Campfire Sauce. In a small bowl, use a spoon to stir together equal parts of mayo and BBQ Sauce until combined completely.
Serve the french fries hot with the Campfire Sauce on the side and enjoy!
