Ingredients

  • 10 - 12 chicken wings, patted dry
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp dried dill weed
  • ½ tsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • pinch fresh ground black pepper
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1 + ½ tbsp ghee or butter if not Whole30
  • 1 + ½ tbsp Frank's Red Hot

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Method

  1. Lay the chicken wings out in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Be sure to leave space around each chicken wing as your air fryer will allow.
  2. Add all of the spices to a small bowl and stir with a spoon to combine completely. When combined, use the spoon to distribute the spices all over each chicken wing on both sides. Shake the excess off the wings and empty the fallen spices from your air fryer basket if your air fryer easily allows it.
  3. Air fry at 400° F for 6 minutes. Remove from the air fryer and flip each wing over. Air fry at 400° F for 6 more minutes. Remove from air fryer.
  4. To make the sauce, add the ghee to a small bowl and microwave until melted. Using a fork, vigorously whisk in the Frank's Red Hot until combined completely. Serve hot with the wings and enjoy!
