White Christmas Cocktail

A festive holiday cocktail for the adults who don't enjoy eggnog.

Ingredients
  

For the cocktail:
  • ½ cup half and half
  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp RumChata
  • ¼ cup Disaronno
  • pinch cinnamon
For the maple cinnamon sugar rim:
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp maple sugar can substitute cane sugar
  • pinch cinnamon
  • cinnamon sticks for serving

  • Cocktail shaker

Method
 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour all of the cocktail ingredients over the ice and set aside.
  2. Pour the maple syrup onto a small plate. Pour the maple sugar and a pinch of cinnamon onto another small plate and whisk with a fork to combine. Dip one rocks glass into the maple syrup. Shake off the excess. Then dip into the cinnamon sugar mixture, again shaking off the excess. Repeat with the other glass. Fill each glass 3/4 full with ice cubes.
  3. Shake the ingredients in the cocktail shaker for a minute or so until combined completely and frothy. Distribute evenly among the two rocks glasses. Place a cinnamon stick in each glass as a stirrer. Serve immediately and enjoy!
