Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen
  • ¼ cup coconut milk canned
  • ¾ cup nut milk of choice from carton
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides (sub protein powder of choice)
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes, plus more for topping
Toppings - pick and choose what you like!
  • coconut flakes
  • sliced banana
  • sliced strawberries
  • coconut chips
  • mini chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life)
  • bee pollen local
  • hemp hearts
  • anything else you're feeling today!

Equipment

  • High speed blender

Method
 

  1. Combine all of the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until combined. Pour smoothie into a bowl.
  2. Top with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
