Snickerdoodle Shake

Your favorite holiday cookie, but make it drinkable! With less sugar and more protein, this holiday treat is a win all around.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups nut milk of choice I use unsweetened almond, see Note
  • 2 scoops collagen sub protein powder of choice or omit
  • 1 tsp cinnamon plus more for dusting
  • 2 tbsp maple sugar plus more for dusting
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 bananas, large, frozen
  • 3 tbsp butter, slightly melted and then cooled I use Kerrygold

Equipment

  • High speed blender

Method
 

  1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender in the order listed. Blend on high until combined completely. Pour into two 16 ounce glasses. Dust with more cinnamon and maple sugar if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

If you want a slightly thicker shake, reduce the amount of nut milk to 1 + 1/2 cups. You can always add more if you want to thin it out.
