Ranch Dressing

A paleo and Whole30 recipe for deliciously dairy-free Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup mayo check labels for Whole30
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • pinch sea salt to taste
  • pinch fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • juice from ½ lemon seeds removed, hand squeezed
  • dairy-free milk of choice check labels for Whole30

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl or mason jar, combine mayo, all of the spices, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice. Add in the dairy-free milk, ½ tsp at a time while stirring constantly, until your desired Ranch Dressing consistency is achieved.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. If you find that your dressing gets thicker the longer it is stored in the refrigerator, thin out with the same dairy-free milk if desired.
