For the Smoothie Bowl:

cup
nut milk of choice
I used unsweetened almond milk from a carton
½
cup
pumpkin puree
not pie filling

tbsp
pure maple syrup
more if you prefer sweeter

tsp
pure vanilla extract

banana, large, frozen
¼ - ½
tsp
pumpkin pie spice
2
scoops
collagen
sub protein powder of choice, or you can omit entirely
Optional toppings include:
local bee pollen
pecans, chopped
coconut flakes or chips
cacao nibs
pecan cookies, roughly chopped or crushed
I used Simple Mills Crunchy Toasted Pecan Cookies
cashew or almond butter

High speed blender
Method
Place all of the Smoothie Bowl ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until combined completely. Pour the smoothie into a medium bowl.
Top with optional toppings of choice, serve immediately, and enjoy!
