Peppermint Patty Protein Shake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup nut milk of choice, from a carton I use Elmhurst 2 ingredient cashew
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ΒΌ tsp pure peppermint extract
  • 1 cup spinach, packed
  • 2 tbsp collagen peptides sub protein powder of choice
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs plus more for garnish if desired
  • 1 banana, frozen

Equipment

  • High speed blender

Method
 

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until combined completely. Pour into a glass. Garnish with extra cacao nibs if desired and serve immediately.
