In a medium bowl, chop Caramelized Onions into small pieces, roughly 1/2 inch square. I like to reserve some Caramelized Onions to the side to put on top of the finished burgers. You can do this either before chopping the onions or after, or not at all. To the medium bowl, add the ground beef, onion powder, sea salt, and pepper. I also like to reserve some cooked bacon to add to the top of the burgers. If you want to do this as well, put a bit of bacon to the side with the reserved Caramelized Onions. Add the remainder of the bacon to the medium bowl. Mix with your hands until combined and form into patties. I yielded five patties.
