Ingredients
  

Smoothie Bowls:
  • 1 cup nut milk of choice I use unsweetened almond
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides sub any protein powder of your choosing, or omit
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ½ cup cherries, frozen
  • ½ cup cauliflower, frozen
Optional topping ideas:
  • local bee pollen
  • shredded coconut
  • chia seeds
  • almond butter
  • chocolate chips
  • sliced almonds
  • sliced bananas
  • sliced strawberries
  • cherries, pitted
  • raspberries

Equipment

  • High speed blender

Method
 

  1. Add all of the Smoothie Bowl ingredients in the order listed to a high speed blender. Blend 30-60 seconds until combined completely. Distribute smoothie mixture into two bowls.
  2. Top bowls with toppings of your choice. Serve immediately and enjoy!
