Air Fryer Buffalo Wings

Crispy, Whole30, and paleo chicken wings ready in a flash thanks to the air fryer!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 chicken wings
  • sea salt
  • cup ghee
  • cup Frank's Red Hot
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos optional
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and season with a few cranks of sea salt. Place in a single layer in the basket of an air fryer. Be sure to leave space all around each chicken wing so that they can get crispy! Air fry at 400° F for 15 minutes until cooked through completely.
  2. Add the ghee to a large microwave safe bowl. Melt in 15 second increments until melted completely. Whisk in the Frank's Red Hot, coconut aminos (if using), and garlic powder. When combined, add the air fried chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat. Serve hot and enjoy!
