Set out three shallow bowls. To one bowl, add the almond flour, sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Whisk with a fork to combine. To the second bowl, crack the two eggs and whisk with a fork. To the third bowl, add the cracker crumbs.
Dredge one pickle spear in the almond flour mixture, and then the egg, and then the cracker crumbs, shaking off the excess after each step as you go. Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space in between each pickle spear. Spray each pickle spear lightly with avocado oil spray.
Air fry at 400° F for 7-9 minutes, until pickle spears are crisp and starting to brown. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauces, like Campfire Sauce or Ranch Dressing. Enjoy!
